Are you looking to do research in this field?
The WeCare chair is a multidisciplinary research group with an established name in the palliative care community. With over 30 publications since 2017 and various competitive projects awarded, we strive to continue growing at the end of life subject.
For this reason, the group is welcoming new members. We are opening our Ph.D. applications now!
Candidate profile
Currently, the research group is comprised of nurses, doctors, psychologists, and experts in human studies. In this sense, we are very open to any specialty that wants to join the team and carry out their doctoral thesis within the projects that are being carried out by the research team of the WeCare Chair (2017-GRC-1004).
Ideally, the candidate would be a graduate in health sciences (nursing, medicine, psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, etc). We are also very open to welcome researchers with social sciences background, like anthropology, philosophy, humanities, sociology, communication, etc.
How does it work?
The Directors will conduct interviews and once projects are reviewed, applicants are encouraged to apply to the AGAUR Grants.
